I don't feel that I am a non-intelligent person, but after reading the long drawn out manual I still don't know if it is being used to it's fullest potential. I must say that we are not to happy with it, I'm not trying to degrade the software in any way but I feel you should be 100% confident in the software that you use in order to get the most out of it. I really can't begin to tell you how pleased we were to see how easy your software was to use, and to know that help is just an e-mail away. We know that their are a lot of changes that we need to make on our web site, but never really sure on how to go about it until reading both your very short manuals.
